Customer Service Representative in Florence, Kentucky

Description

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for ongoing opportunities. This position involves handling customer inquiries, complaints, and billing questions in a professional and courteous manner. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving and possess excellent communication skills, with a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound customer service calls in a timely manner.

• Identify customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure resolution.

• Maintain strong product knowledge to answer customer inquiries accurately.

• Process orders, forms, and applications.

• Follow-up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.

• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

• Maintain customer records by updating account information.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisors/managers.

• Collaborate with team members to provide top-notch customer service.

• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

  Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree preferred.

• Proven experience as a customer service representative or related role.

• Proficiency with computers, especially in CRM software and MS Office.

• Exceptional ability to communicate and problem-solve.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to articulate information clearly.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Bilingual abilities are an added advantage.

• Strong patience when dealing with upset customers.
