Customer Service Representative Hybrid (2 days onsite- 3 days work from home) Gainesville, VA Start Date 04/29/2024 Hours- 9am-6pm
Description:
Responsible for advancing order flow, answering questions from customers and internal staff, and removing roadblocks on orders.
Gathering pertinent data points to place in orders
Communicating with customers and vendors by phone and email
Establishing strong relationships with customer contacts and vendors
Conducting quality checks
Dispatching to correct entity for movement, assessing vehicle condition
MUST HAVE:
+Candidates must have their own computer/laptop (for remote work ) – MINIMUM Windows 10, Macbooks are OK. NO CHROMEBOOKS.
