Description
We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our client in based in Golden Valley, Minnesota. This role primarily involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, and troubleshooting customer issues. This is a temporary job opportunity, expected to last through January 2025.
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries primarily through email and over the phone, ensuring efficient and effective resolution
• Troubleshoot customer login and hour submittal issues using the electronic timekeeping system
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed
• Respond to customers’ inquiries about their pay schedules and hours submitted
• Provide copies of previous pay stubs and similar documents upon customer request
• Utilize various software and platforms
• Manage up to 50 customer inquiries per day
• Provide exceptional customer service experience, demonstrating patience and professionalism at all times
• Leverage technological skills for efficient data entry and order processing.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in a call center customer service role
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently
• Strong customer service skills and a customer-first mindset
• Excellent data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and speed
• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and promptly
• Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer issues effectively
