Customer Service Representative in Greenfield, Wisconsin

Location:

  • Greenfield, WI (100% on-site)

Description:

  • Greet patients that come into the stores

  • Effectively communicate and answer patient questions about product

  • Maintain positive attitude and build rapport with customers

  • Work in computer system to open new patient accounts and complete sales transactions

  • Take payment for cash sales and/or bill products to insurance including gathering prescriptions and documents needed from physicians

  • Responsible for selling additional products to customers/patients based on their needs

  • Primarily work with the walk-in customers and actively listen to their needs to pair solutions

  • Taking orders and entering them into the computer system using a high degree of accuracy

  • Processing orders on the back end

  • Apply compression garments and stockings to swollen limbs

  • Apply orthopedic braces

  • Tend to 5-7 patients throughout the day

  1. Receive boxes of compression garments

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVES:

  • Ability to learn quickly and catch on to new tasks

  • Previous patient care experience and comfort with unpleasant health conditions

  • Previous face to face customer service experience and familiarity dealing with difficult clients

  • Exceptional data entry skills, requiring a minimum of 40wpm typing speed with high degree of accuracy

  • Energetic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

  • Basic computer skills – Microsoft programs, email and teams

NICE TO HAVES:

  • CNA experience

  • Healthcare experience and knowledge of insurance billing processes

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English

Hours:

  • M-F 8:30am-5pm

Pay:

  • $19/hr
