Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the non-profit sector, based in Greenville, South Carolina, 29607, United States. This role will involve a variety of duties, primarily focusing on customer interactions, managing account details, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Handle primarily inbound calls to address customer issues and inquiries
• Activate new cards for customers as and when required
• Update and maintain customer account information in the system
• Utilize internal software effectively to take and add notes to customer accounts
• Resolve issues related to customer cards and accounts
• Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and effective service
• Assist in Spanish translation if required to enhance customer service for Spanish speaking customers. Requirements • Proficiency in providing high-quality customer service
• Proven ability to ensure customer satisfaction
• Fluency in the Spanish language, both written and spoken
• Experience with Spanish translation, able to effectively communicate in both languages
• Familiarity with non-profit industry, understanding its unique customer service needs
• Demonstrated ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills, able to think on feet during customer interactions
• High degree of patience and professionalism when dealing with diverse customer base
