About Job:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative located in Heerlen.

The Customer service representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role involves handling customer orders, calls and emails, as well as maintaining accurate customer records and escalating complex cases to appropriate departments.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with placement of orders, credit notes, returns, etc.

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

  • Check and follow up of customer inventories.

  • Handle product recalls, product experience report.

  • Work with the CS supervisor to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

  • Assist in any new project implemented in the CS.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, good knowledge of English, knowledge of French is a plus

  • Previous experience in a customer service.

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, manage time effectively. Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations and work under pressure.

  • Proficiency in using customer service software, SAP, Sales Force, and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
