Description

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Henrico, Virginia. The selected candidate will be central to our operations, serving as the intermediary across different departments and ensuring the smooth execution of customer orders. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with maintaining impeccable customer service standards, handling inbound and outbound calls, and overseeing data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate seamless communication between customers and the organization by answering inbound calls.

• Ensure all customer inquiries are promptly addressed and resolved.

• Maintain a high level of customer service throughout all interactions.

• Handle order entry tasks with a keen eye for detail, ensuring all orders are correctly logged.

• Serve as a liaison between various departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Oversee the creation of shipping labels as per order specifics.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Ensure all email correspondence is promptly and professionally handled.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and reporting.

• Schedule appointments as required, ensuring optimal use of time resources.

Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls effectively.

• Substantial experience in a call center customer service environment.

• Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly.

• Familiarity with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Experience in order entry, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
