We are seeking a Customer Service Representation for a renowned organization in the production industry, is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic and vibrant team. Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service to our clients both over the phone and in person.

• Generate detailed and accurate reports as per company needs.

• Assist other office staff with clerical duties when required.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer service experience in an office environment.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable with a strong work ethic and ability to multitask
