Typical Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:
Answer basic to intermediate levels of calls from customers and agents
Process a high volume of changes within the systems
Develop proficiency in PolicyCenter and BillingCenter systems
Master CS guidelines to know what types of changes are within your authority, can be processed over the phone, or need to be referred
Work in multiple systems throughout the day and follow SOPs to process them or assign them correctly. Changes range from basic to intermediate level of complexity
Complete letter templates to print or email to customers or agents
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications / Experience:
1+ years of general office and/or customer service experience
Ability to type 35+ wpm
Excellent communication skills
Good critical thinking skills
Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
