Customer Service Representative in Hopkins, Minnesota

Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team on a contract basis during their busy season. This role is essential in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring their needs are met. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing applications, and managing customer accounts. Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients efficiently and effectively over the phone

• Keeping customer records confidential and secure

• Utilizing MS Office software to maintain accurate customer records

• Handling both inbound and outbound phone calls

• Help customers troubleshoot their product, issue a refund, or send a new product all together

• Return customer voicemails in a timely manner

• Document customer conversations while on the phone

  Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Prior experience in a customer service role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

• High attention to detail and accuracy in all work

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to the overall success of the team

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

• Must be flexible with work hours, able to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak business hours as needed
