Customer Service Representative in Houston, Texas

Description:

  • Receive 50+ inbound calls a day

  • Enter in orders from customer requests

  • Look up customer orders to identify concerns or issues

  • Respond to customer emails about concerns and questions – 100+ emails a day

    Sales Rep sends CSR the order and the CSR will follow up with the customer

    • Processing orders

    • Dealing with pricing

    • Making outbound calls to customers

    • Booking PO’s for their whole team

    • Support for accounts.

    -Maintains direct contact with customers before and/or after the sale.

Qualifications:

Must Haves:

  • 1+ years of customer service and order entry

  • SAP or ERP system experience required

Nice Haves:

  • SAP

  • case work for finding issues with orders

Soft Skills:

-Problem Solving Skills

-Critical thinking skills

-Working well under pressure

Hours:

Monday – Friday

5:30am PST OR 8:30am PST start time

8 hour shift – OT available. 10 hours of OT a week.
