Responsibilities Process customer orders and inquiries in a
collaborative call center using world-class technology. Communicate with
customers over phone, email and chat. Help customers navigate Uline’s

quickly and confidently. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or
equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Prior customer service
experience is a plus, but we’ll train you to provide legendary service
