Customer Service Representative in Indianapolis, Indiana

Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be a vital member of our team in the Payments – Corporate industry, based in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana. In this role, you will manage customer interactions, maintain detailed customer records, and address customer concerns. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering excellent customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.

• Initiating trouble tickets to address specific customer issues.

• Clearly and succinctly explaining product options and associated charges to customers.

• Efficiently navigating through the necessary customer service systems and tools while assisting the customer, primarily using the CRM application.

• Assisting customers with making payments over the phone, and/or providing alternate payment options.

• Resolving routine or standard problems using existing procedures, and seeking guidance from others as needed.

• Maintaining quality scores and call center metrics.

• Promoting self-service tools like IVR and the Web.

• Keeping customers informed about promotions and/or new or upgraded products.

• Providing quotes for rates and encouraging customers to take advantage of prepay options.

• Undertaking other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned. Requirements • Possess strong customer service skills with a proven track record of handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

• Proficiency in data entry tasks, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to conduct and apply thorough research for resolving customer issues and improving service delivery.

• Skilled in detail oriented email correspondence, demonstrating excellent written communication abilities.

• Experience in preparing customer quotes, understanding customer needs, and offering appropriate product or service solutions.

• Proficiency in Spanish language, both written and spoken, is required for effective communication with our diverse customer base.

• Familiarity with the payments or corporate finance industry is preferred. TalentMatch®
