Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Indianapolis, Indiana. The primary focus of this role is to provide exceptional customer service in a law firm setting. As part of the team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, managing their inquiries and providing solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers, providing information and transferring calls as necessary

• Accurately process customer applications and orders

• Maintain up-to-date customer records, ensuring all information is correct and current

• Monitor customer accounts and take action as needed

• Manage email correspondence with customers, responding promptly and professionally

• Utilize software, such as Nextive, to manage customer service processes

• Maintain a professional demeanor and positive energy to create a pleasant customer experience

• Utilize basic computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word, to perform job functions

• Schedule appointments as necessary, ensuring efficient coordination of schedules

• Proactively solve problems, demonstrating a commitment to helping customers. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within a call center environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Strong data entry skills with an eye for detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively

• Excellent email correspondence skills, ability to communicate clearly and professionally

• Experience in order entry and processing

• Ability to schedule appointments accurately and efficiently

• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service

• Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of calls and inquiries

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
