Customer Service Representative in Indianapolis, Indiana

Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative based in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is in the customer service industry and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with handling customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. This role also includes monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process and manage customer credit applications

• Maintain and update customer credit records accurately

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries

• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to record and track customer information

• Enter customer data accurately

• Respond to customer email correspondence in a timely manner

• Schedule appointments for customers as needed

• Provide exceptional call center customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary action based on account activity

• Manage order entries efficiently and accurately. Requirements • Proficiency in handling Inbound and Outbound Calls

• Proven experience in a Call Center Customer Service environment

• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service

• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks with accuracy and speed

• Experience in managing Email Correspondence professionally

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in Order Entry and processing

• Ability to Schedule Appointments efficiently and accurately

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• High school degree or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
