Customer Service Representative in Indianapolis, Indiana

Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will be key in providing exceptional service to our customers by managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting with order entries, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Responsibilities:

• Professionally handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and email correspondence

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to manage customer data and records

• Promptly and accurately enter customer orders into our system

• Schedule appointments with customers as necessary

• Provide top-notch customer service and resolve customer inquiries efficiently

• Work collaboratively in a call center environment to ensure the smooth operation of customer service processes.

• Use your customer service skills to foster positive relationships with our customers

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail when managing data entry tasks. Requirements • Proficient in handling and answering inbound calls

• Prior experience in call center customer service

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Capable of performing data entry tasks efficiently

• Skilled in managing email correspondence

• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Able to process order entries accurately and quickly

• Capable of scheduling appointments effectively

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
