Job Description:

We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. This pivotal position interacts directly with our customers to answer queries, resolve issues and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email and social media.

• Provide information about products and services, process orders, and handle complaints.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions and a well-managed customer experience.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.

• Regularly update knowledge of our products and services.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred.

• Prior experience in a customer service role.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to remain calm and composed when handling difficult customers or situations.

• Proficient in basic computer software and have the ability to learn customer service software applications.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks.
