Our client in Landover, Maryland is seeking a Customer Support Specialists to join their team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Answering inbound calls from current and prospective clients and customers
• Input purchase orders
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Sense of Urgency
• Multi-tasking
• Must have experience working in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
• Must be very flexible and be able to juggle multiple things at once!
• Must have a phone personality
