Location: In Office – Las Vegas, 89120 (Near Sunset Park/Airport)
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Job Description
As a Customer Support Representative, you will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, investigate potential fraud, moderate user-generated content, and troubleshoot various issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries promptly across multiple channels.
Investigate potential fraud and escalate issues as needed.
Moderate user-generated content for compliance.
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions.
Qualifications:
2+ year of call center experience or content moderation experience
Familiarity with content moderation and compliance standards is a plus.
Proficiency in Google Workspace is a plus.
Pay
$19.50/hr – high school diploma or associates
-$22/hr – bachelors degree
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 – $22.00/hr.
