We are seeking a Customer Service Representatives to join our team in the hospitality industry, located in LEXINGTON-FAYETTE, Kentucky. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to manage customer reservation requests. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, accurately recording reservation details, and resolving any issues that customers may encounter. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Several shifts and open seats available! Lots of 2nd shift openings, some schedules including weekend days. Responsibilities:
• Manage customer reservation requests via both inbound and outbound calls
• Accurately record the details of reservations into the system
• Proactively troubleshoot and address a range of issues that customers might encounter over the phone
• Work at a fast pace while ensuring data accuracy
• Efficiently communicate with all clients and departments to relay any issues
• Use appropriate language and grammar to note down client needs and problems
• Ensure punctuality and show initiative, responsibility, and ownership in all assigned tasks
• Handle additional duties as required or assigned
• Ensure tasks are started and completed on time
• Use your problem-solving skills to assist hotels and clients with any issues they might have.
Requirements • Possess excellent communication skills for effectively handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Previous experience in a call center, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally.
• Familiarity with inbound call center operations and best practices.
• Knowledge of strategies for providing exceptional customer service over the phone.
• Proven track record of maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing practical solutions to customers.
• Proficient in the use of computer software, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the hospitality industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with further training in customer service or hospitality being a plus.
