Customer Service Representative in Los Angeles, California

Description We are actively searching for a Customer Service Representative for a 1-day contract coverage. Based in Los Angeles, California, this role involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment within the customer service industry. The role is a short-term contract opportunity that involves managing and resolving customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, and processing applications.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle customer inquiries and provide accurate responses. • Use an iPad to check and register attendees for the summit. • Accurately process customer credit applications. • Maintain comprehensive customer credit records. • Answer questions from attendees at the summit. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and order entry tasks. • Maintain a detail-oriented demeanor and excellent customer service in all interactions. • Schedule appointments and manage inbound and outbound calls. • Manage email correspondence and provide detail-oriented communication. • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions. Requirements • The role is open to candidates with 0+ years of experience. • Strong customer service skills are a must. • Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. • Comfortable with email correspondence in a detail oriented setting. • Experience with both inbound and outbound calls is an advantage. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. • Familiarity with Microsoft Word is crucial. • Experience in order entry is highly beneficial. • Ability to schedule appointments effectively is required.
