Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Memphis, Tennessee. In this role, you will be involved in various customer service activities within a computer and web-based auditing program environment. Your primary responsibilities will involve capturing and reviewing dealer advertising and ensuring compliance with client guidelines.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately capture dealer advertising from various sources including websites, search engines, social media, radio, TV, and newspapers.
• Review and apply guidelines set by clients to ensure adherence to advertising standards.
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant software for efficient task completion.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls and emails.
• Leverage critical thinking skills to understand and apply program guidelines to different situations.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks, especially when dealing with customer records and credit applications.
• Display excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring proper grammar and spelling.
• Demonstrate the ability to learn from instructions and meet production goals and deadlines. Requirements • Proven experience in a call center customer service role is required.
• Demonstrated ability to handle and process customer claims effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customer base.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and customer management.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• High level of patience and emotional intelligence to deal with difficult situations.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to work in shifts and flexibility to accommodate customer service hours.
