Customer Service Representative in Miami, Florida

As a Customer Service Representative – you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences for the growth of a successful insurance agency. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.

  • Assist clients with policy changes and updates.

  • Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

    Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

  • Ability to obtain Property and Casualty License within the first 90 days of employment

  • Ability to obtain Life and Health License within the first 90 days of employment

  • BI-Lingual Spanish is a plus
