South Mountain Creamery has an immediate opening on our Customer Service Team. Be part of a team offering a high-quality customer service experience while helping to connect the community to where our food comes from.
The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.
Schedule for this position is Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm.
Responsibilities:
Manage inbound customer communications – Answer incoming calls, live chats and emails to address customer questions, requests and issues.
Help Customers with account access, order placement, etc.
Maintain working product knowledge – Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
Prior Customer service experience in an office environment a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude.
Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service.
