Customer Service Representative in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is integral to our operations as you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing their credit applications, and maintaining accurate records of their accounts. Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle customer inquiries and provide them with accurate information.

• Process customer applications with a keen eye for detail.

• Maintain precise records of customer credit information.

• Take appropriate actions for monitoring customer accounts.

• Utilize skills in Customer Service to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Incorporate knowledge of healthcare industry practices in day-to-day tasks.

• Handle customer concerns with diplomacy and professionalism.

• Utilize video communication tools effectively for customer interaction.

• Understand and adhere to the company’s policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow. Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service skills, with a proven ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.

• Familiarity with Video software, able to utilize it for communication and presentation purposes.

• Extensive knowledge of HealthCare.gov, capable of guiding customers through its use and answering related queries.

• A good understanding of R Code, to analyze data and create reports that would help improve customer service.

• Experience in Offshore operations, demonstrating the ability to work across different time zones and manage international customer relationships.

• Familiarity with TRICARE health program, able to assist customers with related inquiries and issues.

• Knowledge of NIS (Network and Information Systems), indicating the ability to manage and maintain customer data securely. TalentMatch®
