Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is in the healthcare industry and is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts and responding to customer inquiries, among other tasks. This opportunity offers a long-term contract employment.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage customer credit applications, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter.

• Monitor customer accounts regularly, taking appropriate actions as necessary.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer credit records, updating them as needed.

• Work collaboratively with the team to enhance the overall customer experience.

• Leverage your skills in R Code, Video, and other relevant tools to perform tasks effectively.

• Adhere to healthcare regulations and guidelines, such as those related to TRICARE and HealthCare.gov.

• Contribute to a positive team culture, working well with a diverse team.

• Be prepared to work with offshore teams as required.

• Stay updated with changes in NIS (Network Information System), applying this knowledge to your role. Requirements • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.

• Proficiency in utilizing video communication tools for customer interaction.

• Familiarity with HealthCare.gov, including processes and policies.

• Knowledge of R Code, with the ability to use it for data analysis.

• Experience in offshore customer service operations.

• Understanding of TRICARE insurance policies and procedures.

• Proficiency in Network Information System (NIS), with a focus on customer service applications. TalentMatch®
