Customer Service Representative in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description

Robert Half is seeking an individual with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for helping others, to join us as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of a successful enterprise, taking pride in their accountability and a spirit of teamwork.

This role offers an immediate opportunity to be part of a busy, vital financial services company where we need a customer service professional who can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities Include:

• Fielding client phone calls and placing follow up calls as necessary

• Assisting customers with inquiries, tracking or follow-ups

• Performing data entry tasks

• Managing and logging crucial information within multiple CRM databases

• Handling email correspondences

• Consistently achieving metrics including quantity and quality of calls

  Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (such as retail, restaurant, call center, etc.)

• Minimum 1 year experience in an office setting, preferably working within a database

• Personable with a positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills

• Proficient in written and verbal communication

• High school diploma, GED, or higher education

• Motivated to consistently meet or exceed expectations.
