We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity at our office in Mt Laurel, New Jersey for a Customer Service Representative. This role is essential in our company’s commitment to provide outstanding customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be primarily responsible for answering inbound calls, providing call center customer service, and performing data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls in a timely manner

• Providing exceptional call center customer service to all customers

• Handling and resolving customer inquiries and issues effectively

• Accurately performing data entry tasks and maintaining customer records

• Assisting with email correspondence and managing inbound and outbound calls

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks

• Scheduling appointments as necessary

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when needed

• Ensuring all customer service practices align with the company’s standards

• Contributing to the team’s targets by maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in a call center customer service environment

• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer inquiries efficiently

• Strong data entry skills and order entry experience

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively

• Excellent written communication skills for email correspondence

• Prior experience in a customer service representative role is preferred

Flexible hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm or 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
