Robert Half is recruiting highly motivated Customer Service Representatives for our esteemed client within the property management industry in National City, CA. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first contact resolution of customer complaints and inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

  • Record and manage tenant details and transactions accurately.

  • Relay important communication between property management, tenants, and service contractors.

  • Assist tenants with navigating the online tenant services platform.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

  • Update tenant accounts and keep records of all interactions, including complaints or issues raised.

  • Expand knowledge of property management policies, property details and tenancy law to better support customers.

    Requirements

  • Background in a customer service role, particularly within the property management industry preferred.

  • Familiar with office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using CRM systems.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an excellent command of spoken and written English.

  • Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.

  • Able to solve problems successfully while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Minimum of a high school diploma; advanced education in a relevant field is desirable.
