We are in the process of recruiting a Customer Service Representative for our operations. As a part of our client’s team, the Customer Service Representative will be tasked with managing customer queries through various communication channels, providing in-depth knowledge about our products and services, and maintaining updated records of customer interactions. This role is pivotal in our continued growth and success within the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Managing customer inquiries effectively through email and on-site chat application.
• Providing comprehensive information about our range of products and services to customers.
• Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues and concerns promptly.
• Documenting all customer interactions and updating their records accordingly.
• Continually developing and maintaining a broad knowledge base of our growing business.
Requirements
• Possess strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively and professionally
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly
• Proficient in using computer systems and software such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly interactive environment
