Customer Service Representative in Newport Beach, California

Description We are on the hunt for a Customer Service Representative who will be an integral part of our team. Based in Newport Beach, California, this role centers around offering exceptional customer service in a call center environment within the medical billing industry. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, allowing the successful candidate to truly embed themselves within the team and the role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers over the phone and via email

• Efficiently handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring that each customer’s needs are met

• Process customer applications and inquiries in a timely and accurate manner

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

• Use your knowledge of medical billing to assist customers with specific inquiries

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Work with a team to meet call center targets and improve customer service

• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, representing the company in a positive light

• Continually update skills and industry knowledge to provide high-quality service to customers. Requirements • Proven experience in Call Center Customer Service

• Must have a strong ability to assist customers and resolve their queries

• Demonstrated expertise in customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Familiarity with Medical Billing

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations

• Proficiency in using customer relationship management software and other related tools

• Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively

• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain customer confidentiality

• Must have a strong work ethic, demonstrating reliability and responsibility.
