Description We are searching for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in North Chesterfield, Virginia. The role requires a proficient individual capable of managing customer inquiries, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records. This role is positioned within a dynamic and fast-paced call center environment and offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently receive and handle customer telephone calls

• Provide accurate and friendly customer service in a timely manner

• Adhere to policies while maintaining confidentiality of records and client information

• Process complex transactions and perform extensive research to resolve customer inquiries

• Interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients

• Utilize Microsoft Office tools proficiently

• Navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

• Resolve customer issues with grace and integrity

• Handle tasks such as data entry, email correspondence, and scheduling appointments

• Develop solid customer relationships by delivering personalized service based on individual customer needs. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment

• Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling inbound/outbound calls

• Solid understanding and experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy

• Experience in order entry and scheduling appointments

• Excellent email correspondence skills, ensuring professional and timely communication

• Familiarity with customer service software such as Zendesk

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
