Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Parsipanny, New Jersey. In this role, you will be tasked with handling both in-person and over-the-phone customer interactions, as well as performing data processing tasks. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, with a focus on providing top-tier customer service and maintaining detailed and accurate customer records.

Responsibilities:

• Handle in-person customer transactions and inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times

• Answer inbound calls, providing assistance and resolving customer inquiries efficiently

• Manage data processing tasks, including the use of spreadsheets to track and manage customer information

• Prioritize and multitask effectively to manage customers both in person and over the phone simultaneously

• Participate in training for banking software and other key systems

• Print daily reports and handle other administrative tasks as needed

• Work on assigned projects during downtime, demonstrating a proactive approach to task management

• Utilize MS Office tools, including Excel and Word, to complete tasks and maintain records

• Exercise patience and willingness to learn new systems and processes. Requirements • Minimum of one year of experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role

• Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Demonstrated skills in handling inbound telephone calls, ensuring customer queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally

• Proven experience in the printing industry, with knowledge of printing techniques, materials, and equipment

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members

• Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customers and diffuse tense situations

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems related to customer service

• High level of professionalism and commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service.
