We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the non-profit industry based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for handling incoming communication from customers, processing payments, and performing data entry functions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, email correspondence, and online chat support from customers

• Process transactions to satisfy customer requests, including product orders and financial adjustments

• Provide customer support in navigating our websites, online products, apps, and e-commerce

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product lines, programs, services, and initiatives

• Navigate our customer relations management system effectively

• Assist with special projects as required

Requirements

• Proficiency in Data Entry is required

• Demonstrable skills in Microsoft Word

• Experience with Order Entry is essential

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of the non-profit sector is an advantage

• Strong problem-solving skills

• High level of patience and professionalism when dealing with various customer service scenarios

• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations

• Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
