Description We are looking to bring on board a Customer Service Representative in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In this role, you’ll handle various customer inquiries and issues, keep precise customer records, and ensure efficient processing of customer applications. You’ll also play a key role in monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately process customer applications.

• Maintain precise records of customer credit.

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.

• Keep a close eye on customer accounts and take any necessary actions.

• Respond to customer requests for changes in WiFi codes or queries about package arrivals.

• Help customers navigate to their meeting rooms and assist in setting up projectors as needed.

• Ensure all services are properly charged to maintain accurate invoicing.

• Handle incoming calls and emails, connecting them to the appropriate customers.

• Assist customers with printing needs and invoice issues.

• Take initiative to solve problems as they arise, demonstrating ownership and a proactive attitude.

• Collaborate with the Community Manager to plan and organize networking events.

• Create, print, and distribute e-invites and posters for events within the center. Requirements • Position: Customer Service Representative

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls

• Experience in call center customer service is required

• Strong customer service skills are essential

• Proficiency in data entry is necessary

• Must be adept at email correspondence

• Experience in both inbound and outbound calls is preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in order entry is required

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently

• Proven ability to assist customers effectively
