Customer Service Representative in Portsmouth, Rhode Island

Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative at our location in Portsmouth, Rhode Island. In this role, you will be expected to manage customer interactions, maintain detailed records, and coordinate logistics efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service

• Accurate data entry and management of sales orders

• Regularly update customers with the status of their orders

• Coordinate logistics for shipments, including export paperwork and order fulfillment

• Maintain and distribute product documentation as required by customers

• Ensure accurate inventory entry and reconciliation

• Provide backup support for team members as necessary

• Maintain and manage internal and external test reports

• Utilize Microsoft Office suite for various tasks and communication

• Schedule appointments and manage UPS package dispatches efficiently

• Liaise with outsourced labs for any pending reports

• Execute additional duties as assigned. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls in a detail-oriented manner

• Proven experience in call center customer service

• Excellent customer service skills with a customer-first attitude

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy

• Skilled in managing email correspondence effectively

• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing

• Experience with order entry in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and accurately TalentMatch®
