Description

A well-known logistics company in Rancho Bernardo is seeking a customer-oriented individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate is someone with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service every day.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email and in person.

• Updating customer account information, as needed.

• Resolving product or service problems by determining the cause and choosing the best solution to solve the problem.

• Maintaining customer records and updating account information.

  Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

• Knowledge of CRM systems and practices.
