Description We are in the process of recruiting a Customer Service Representative based in Rancho Cucamonga, California. The role will primarily involve handling inbound calls, providing top-notch customer service, and performing data entry tasks. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity in a call center environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Carry out data entry tasks, updating customer records, and processing orders.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various administrative tasks and to maintain customer accounts.

• Schedule appointments as necessary, coordinating with internal teams and customers.

• Handle email correspondence, responding to customer inquiries, and providing information.

• Continually monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls with a courteous and detail oriented demeanor.

• Experience in a call center customer service environment is necessary.

• Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and a customer-first mindset.

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and speed.

• Competency in managing email correspondence efficiently and effectively.

• Experience with both inbound and outbound calling operations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.

• Skilled in using Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.

• Experience in order entry and processing in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to schedule appointments accurately, considering team availability and customer preferences.
