Description

We are searching for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who can assist our customers with their needs. The successful candidate will provide excellent service, address customer inquiries, and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner.

• Identify customer needs and help resolve any issues.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers.

• Learn about the company’s products or services and assist with customer inquiries.

• Record customer interactions and transactions.

  Requirements

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

• High School Diploma; additional education or training in customer service will be a plus.
