Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative based in Richfield, Ohio, United States. This role involves providing outstanding customer service within a call center environment in the insurance industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be primarily handling inbound and outbound calls, with a focus on data entry and maintaining a high level of attention to detail. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner.
• Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Use MS Office tools to ensure efficient record keeping and data management.
• Resolve customer inquiries, providing detailed information on health and medical insurance products.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Utilize your skills in email correspondence to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Enter customer orders with accuracy, focusing on attention to detail.
• Contribute to the development of a traditional call center environment.
• Adhere to business casual dress code, maintaining a professional appearance at all times. Requirements • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls
• Experience in a call center customer service environment
• Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve customer issues effectively
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Excellent written communication skills for email correspondence
• Experience in order entry process and systems
• Knowledge of health and medical insurance policies and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
