Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Real Estate & Property industry, based in Richmond, Virginia. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for customers interacting with the Housing Choice Voucher Program, ensuring that all inquiries are handled with detail and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in a timely and detail oriented manner
• Document and maintain up-to-date customer service records
• Aid in resolving customer complaints or issues, providing a satisfactory solution
• Supply customers with necessary resources and guidance
• Direct clients to the appropriate department when needed
• Uphold company policies and procedures during all customer interactions
• Utilize computer software for data entry and order processing
• Schedule appointments as required
• Work collaboratively within a team to deliver high-quality customer service
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and stay organized in high-stress situations. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within the Real Estate & Property industry
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound and outbound calls
• Demonstrated experience in a call center customer service environment
• Strong ability in customer service and building relationships with clients
• Experience with data entry tasks and order entry processes
• Proficient in email correspondence for customer queries and follow-ups
• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and documentation
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or certifications in relevant fields preferred. TalentMatch®
