Description We are inviting applications for the role of a Customer Service Representative in the Wholesale Distribution – Dur Goods industry. Based in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, this position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be instrumental in handling customer enquiries, managing data entry tasks, and ensuring smooth functioning of our customer service operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls and resolving customer queries

• Utilize your skills in Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and maintain accurate customer records

• Display proficiency in data entry tasks related to customer credit applications and order entries

• Assist in scheduling appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient process

• Showcase your expertise in call center customer service by monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills

• Engage in email correspondence with customers, maintaining professionalism and timeliness. Requirements • Proven experience in Answering Inbound Calls, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Prior experience in a Call Center Customer Service role is essential.

• Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a focus on providing excellent service to clients and maintaining strong relationships.

• Proficient in Data Entry, with strong attention to detail and the ability to process high volumes of work accurately.

• Experience in Email Correspondence, demonstrating excellent written communication skills.

• Experience in handling both Inbound and Outbound Calls, showcasing excellent multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required.

• Previous experience in Order Entry in a wholesale distribution setting is desirable.
