Customer Service Representative in San Marcos, California

Description

We are providing an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team based in San Marcos, California. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be key in ensuring accurate data entry and customer service operations. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and swift typing of customer and account information into our system.

• Regularly verify the details entered for accuracy and completeness.

• Promptly identify and correct any errors spotted in the data.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information.

• Provide specific data as requested in a timely manner.

• Adhere strictly to our policies on data integrity and security.

• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to resolve inquiries.

• Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.

• Regularly report to superiors on work progress and challenges encountered.

Requirements

• 3 years experience processing retail orders and/or managing customer accounts

• Ability to learn high volume of product information and nuanced customer/shipping information

• Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook

• Ability to type/key quickly, at least 45 WPM

• Experience with NetSuite ERP or similar ERP System a plus
