Robert Half is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a team in Santa Barbara. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve customer concerns

• Process orders, returns, and exchanges

• Maintain customer records and update account information

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with every interaction

  Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software a plus

• A positive attitude and problem-solving skills
