Description

We’re searching for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Twin Cities, Minnesota. The chosen candidate will serve as our customers’ first point of contact and will provide excellent customer service in every interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person

• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and offering the best solution

• Maintain customer records by updating account information

• Collaborate with team members to maintain positive customer relations

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
