Customer Service Representative in Savannah, Georgia

Description We are inviting applications for the position of Customer Service Representative in the Professional Services industry. Our Savannah, Georgia-based office offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. This role revolves around handling customer inquiries, processing applications, maintaining records, and other related duties.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

• Enter data accurately into the system and update customer records when necessary

• Provide call center customer service, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor

• Manage email correspondence with customers effectively and in a timely manner

• Balance inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all customer needs are met

• Utilize Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for data management and communication purposes

• Handle order entries accurately and efficiently

• Schedule appointments as required, ensuring optimal service delivery

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on account status. Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to answer inbound calls promptly and professionally

• Experience in a call center customer service role is essential

• Proven skills in delivering outstanding customer service

• Capability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy

• Proficiency in managing email correspondence with clients and colleagues

• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required

• Ability to manage order entry efficiently and accurately

• Experience in scheduling appointments in a professional services context

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Flexibility to work in shifts if required
