Customer Service Representative in Shoreline, Washington

Description We are in the process of recruiting a Customer Service Representative based in Shoreline, Washington. This role is primarily centered around guiding families through the crucial process of preplanning burial arrangements, which includes offering empathetic assistance and helping families devise and design commemorative stones to honor their loved ones. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate guidance to families in the preplanning of burial arrangements, ensuring their needs and preferences are addressed with respect

• Collaborate with families in designing personalized memorial stones that encapsulate the wishes and legacy of their loved ones

• Respond to inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service

• Enter and update customer data accurately in the system

• Correspond with customers via email and handle their inquiries and concerns

• Balance both inbound and outbound calls in a detail oriented manner

• Schedule appointments as per customer convenience

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and documentation

• Handle order entry tasks efficiently. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette

• Prior experience in a call center customer service role

• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experience

• Experience with data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and promptly

• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, managing a high volume of interactions

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to perform basic data manipulation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create and edit documents efficiently

• Experience with order entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of processing orders
