Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will respond to customer orders and inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner. You will be responsible for data entry, order processing, and maintaining customer inventory. You will also work directly with customers, drivers, and operators to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
Responsibilities
Respond to orders and questions from customers via phone and email in a timely manner
Perform data entry tasks
Process orders according to customer instructions
Maintain direct contact with customers and drivers
Collaborate with operators on the floor to ensure timely order fulfillment
Maintain customer inventory
Prioritize tasks based on daily workflow and order of importance
Essential Skills
Ample computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, email, and willingness to learn other computer systems

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $17.00/hr.
