Our esteemed client in Solana Beach is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative to effectively interact with customers and provide them with exceptional support. The ideal candidate will have the communication skills and dedication to provide an excellent experience for every client.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries, providing information about products and services.

• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.

• Identify and understand customer needs to help deliver high satisfaction levels.

• Keep record of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

• Work with internal departments to meet customers’ needs.

• Develop customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

  Requirements

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative.

• Strong communication and active listening skills.

• Proficient in relevant computer applications.

• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
