Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a long-term contract opportunity in Somerset, NJ. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will support key business functions, including order management, customer communication, and system updates, while contributing to a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and maintain strong working relationships.

• Update and track order statuses, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.

• Address customer inquiries professionally through email, phone, or other communication channels.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update systems with relevant information.

• Support team projects, identify process improvements, and contribute to operational efficiency.

  Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• 2-5+ years of customer service experience in a professional setting.

• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
